This implements the long-asked-for, questionably-useful is:perksdupe filter. The way this works is it will highlight all items where there exists another item of the same type that has either all the same perks, or has all the same perks plus some more. This is aware of which column perks are in, so two items that have the same perks but are not able to select them all at the same time won't count.

I'm looking for feedback on:

  1. Is this useful? It doesn't highlight anything useful for me - some blue items I'd throw out anyway, exotics, armor with seasonal perks. It also doesn't show which items match up with which others or which items are strict supersets of perks, just like is:statlower. This is why I've always argued that Organizer is the better tool for this, since you can sort by perks and then see the duplicates next to each other.
  2. What should this be called? is:perksdupe is awkward but so are all the alternatives.
