In November 2022, there was a Destiny bug that was triggered by equipping certain emblems. This causes a problem in DIM and other apps where your characters do not show up.
Bungie tweeted how to fix this issue:
- Log in to Destiny, the game.
- Load up each character in game, one by one. Every one of them.
- For each character you load, change their emblem to another emblem. You must do this on every character.
- Reload DIM.
If you do not change the emblem on every character, you will still see the error!
