Initial i03 testing

As a developer I would like to confirm on i03 that artemis works in it's current form as such I will need to:

• Do the Eiger (https://jira.diamond.ac.uk/browse/MXGDA-3722)
• Do the plan (https://jira.diamond.ac.uk/browse/MXGDA-3733) (see Mxgda 3733: Minimal gridscan plan #15)
• Ensure adequate logging (https://jira.diamond.ac.uk/browse/MXGDA-3765) (see Mxgda 3733: Minimal gridscan plan #15)
• Merge 6: Added pyepics to pipfile #7 and 8: Expand fgs system tests #9 (they have some minor code fixes that we will need)
• Deploy the code to i03
• Get GDA to set the beamline up in a sensible state and pause (is it ok to pause in this state?)
• Work out sensible parameters to pass to the plan, to be done with the scientist on the day?

Testing went well. We:

• Cloned Artemis to i03-ws002 at /scratch/artemis
• Put a long sleep in GDA just before it ran the gridscan
• Ran Artemis in the same way as a dev would
• Parameters and logs from test can be seen at https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/python-artemis/tree/test_on_i03
• Issues Improve readability of parameters set #16, Zebra: Use the correct settings #17 and Gridscan reported failed and no _meta file produced #18 were spun out from the testing
