DMRITool-MultiShellSampling

Description

This repository only contains some demos for multi-shell sampling scheme generation using Spherical Code (SC). These demos reproduced the experiments in the related papers.

The codes on SC have been released in DMRITool. Please see this tutorial.

Usage

To run the demos, you need to download source codes from DMRITool.

git clone https://github.com/DiffusionMRITool/dmritool-MultiShellSampling.git 
git clone https://github.com/DiffusionMRITool/dmritool.git

Then add dmritool/Matlab folder into the matlab path.
