Fixed projects filter bug

Description

This PR fixes the bug that resulted in unexpected results on the projects endpoint.

Steps to Test or Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

• Go to project overview
• Select only non-highlighted
• Set sorting to name
• Change sorting from asc to desc
• The results are as expected
