Pasting the unique filter menu url doesn't set the correct filters active

Describe the bug
Whenever selecting a few categories, the URL updates. However, whenever I paste this URL in a new window, it doesn't load the active categories.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the project overview page
2. Select one or multiple categories
3. Validate that the URL is updated
4. Copy this URL and paste it in a new window (reloading does also work)
5. No categories are selected

Expected behavior
The correct selection of categories should be selected whenever I paste a URL that contains selected categories in the query.

Additional context

• I also notice that the sort order doesn't get updated in the URL. Please take a look into this as well!
• Whenever I remove my search query in the search bar, I notice that the query remains most of the time for some part in the URL. I think this can result in not returning the correct amount of projects. Please look into this as well.
