- removed try/catch from APIRequestMaker
- fixed console BuyOption DumpResponse()
- fixed OnGetOpenOrderDetailsAsync() statuses
- fixed OnGetMarketSymbolsAsync() to only return active symbols
- added RequestMaker to IBaseAPI
- improved docs on ExchangeOrderResult
