I've now reviewed the changes. I like the move of the setting to the DockingManager. Note that this is a breaking change. Should the major version change?
Before merging this the following needs to be done:
- The example in App.xaml needs to be removed
- The text in TestUserControl needs to be updated
- The comments in MainWindow.xaml.cs needs to be updated
