[important] Updated Outline #22

We've updated the outline of the book to the latest version of the English version. This includes updated headings, paragraph counts, and code snippets.

Since each translation repo is a clone of the outline repo, you should be able to do a git pull git@github.com:DiscoverMeteor/DiscoverMeteor_Outline.git master inside your language's repo to update the chapters you haven't translated yet.

You'll probably run into some Git conflicts for the chapters that you have translated, but you can just ignore them.

Do we need to do that on finished translations? I guess that all the extra metadata like points or photoUrl are not needed anymore, but with the paragraphs I am not so sure if a translated version have the exactly same number (maybe it should).

I can do that for the spanish version which has the old outline it seems.

No I think for finished translations it doesn't really matter, except for
the code snippets.
