I have noticed that Github CodeQL scanning is not yet enabled for this repo. CodeQL can help to discover vulnerabilities across a codebase: https://docs.github.com/en/code-security/code-scanning/introduction-to-code-scanning/about-code-scanning-with-codeql This MR adds a Code QL config file to the Github workflows.
