You can access your internship or IME application status by clicking on the internship page. You will first encounter your internship information on this page. Depending on your internship status, other pages will also be loaded on this page.
After completing your internship application and starting your internship process, you will also be able to fill out your internship report. At the end of your internship, you can complete the internship evaluation form and submit your documents through the site.
Remember! When the committee member schedules your interview date and time, you will see this information in the status section mentioned above.
From the USERS page, accessible via the sidebar, you can view users according to your permissions and filter them by their roles. You can make necessary adjustments for each user through the detail button, which opens a popup.
Our system is designed to allow registered users to perform this operation to prevent external users from registering. Users (excluding students) can add new users according to their permissions. You can access this through the "Add User" option in the sidebar. To add users, simply fill out the information and confirm. You can also upload thousands of users to the system simultaneously with just two clicks using a .csv file!
Do you want to make changes to the permissions of the users you have added to the system? Roles are just what you need! If there is no standard role that meets your requirements, you can define a new role in seconds.
Note: You cannot define a role that has permissions above your own.
On our site, you can view students who have initiated their internship process according to the desired type of internship (Stja-I, Staj-II, IME). You can filter internship status information using the buttons above, and you can edit students' internship statuses using the detail buttons on the page below..
From here, you can perform all actions related to internships and IME, such as approving or rejecting internship applications, sending messages to students, downloading internship documents, and scheduling interview dates!
