With this pull request, the following changes will be made in E:earth_africa:dal:

  • fixed several bugs and issues in the mapping module. The mapping module is now also more generic than before. It should be easier now to integrate different platforms into the system
  • support for Planet-Scope (SuperDove) based on Samuel Wildhaber's work (master thesis) including a download client, a sensor class and storage of metadata in the database
  • support for Sentinel-1 data including Ground-Range-Detected (GRD) and Radiometrically Terrain Corrected (RTC) products. This includes a dedicated sensor class, storage of metadata and mapping capacities (unstable)
