Tutorial only demonstrates token transfer, which is documented in at least three places on the Developer Portal as well as the bios boot tutorial. Resolves #2802.

exchange-tutorial-python/README.mdgot some formatting issues.For example in section Create account steps all commands are combined together which are referring to the specific points in the index. Or
