I think all the eosio::abi/1.1 in the .abi files in contracts should be eosio::abi/1.0. Same goes for the versions in the ABI strings inside abi_tests.cpp with the exception of the ones in the extend and variants tests which actually use the new 1.1 features in the ABI.
