Help with installation on Windows

Hello. I've been suffering for 2 weeks now, I've broken my head. I can't get it started in any way. If anyone understands, I would like to ask for a detailed guide on installing on Windows. In Windows, I use Openserver 6. During the execution of the composer install command, it gives an error, requires the installation of gmp for php. I tried to uncomment in the php.ini settings, nothing works, when restarting php, comments are returned again and gmp does not work.

I could not solve the problem with Redis "Change supervised from no to systemd. Reload Redis:

sudo systemctl restart redis.service" Returns an error. Java 8 "sudo apt install oracle-java8-installer" also cannot be downloaded and installed, had to be replaced with java 11, I hope it will work.
