Ubuntu mate 22.04 top right dropdown menu (shutdown item not reachable)

Hi,

The top right drop-down menu does not appear correctly.
Some arrowas are added on top and bottom of the menu but it's pretty difficult to select an item by using them.
And btw my screen in long enough to support all items.

It's prettymuch the same for all other menu

Is that something that need a fix on the theme? Or it's a config somewhere?
