What's new?

Added ability to convert .ffu to .vhdx (Only WP8 FFUs currently)
Save Manifest from FFU
Dump whole disk to file (Slow as using BinaryWriter currently)
Dump MainOS, Data and EFIESP seperately (uses dd for windows)

This is early beta still, expect bugs and issues, please provide details to any errors/issues
