January 2019 release with many smaller changes

Many small changes (and removed esdlXMI.xsd):

- added interpolationMethod to GenericProfile
- added name to Port
- added WKT and WKB as geometry types
- added SearchAreaWind and SearchAreaSolar as new Potential subclasses
- added efficiency as a parameter for the Transport class
- Added Joint class to solve conflicts with loops in toplogies
(connecting in-in and out-out ports)
