We've long had some support for YosemiTech's Y4000 Multiparameter Sonde, but it was not fully functional or tested.

Testing sketch works! Changed CHL variable to `chlorophyll_a_b_c`, based on http://vocabulary.odm2.org/variablename/. #420 & #421.

Y4000 is now working well, and providing Chlorophyll and blue-green algal values.
