So at the moment the arithmetic and poly-iop are fixed with new endianness.
Working on PCS which takes much more time than I thought -- it kind of require a re-written of the ML-PCS scheme. So I am going to pause for now and try to get #62 fixed first...

closed since that the whole system works properly with big endien encoding
