feat: implement otx-sdk for otx-sighash-lock #10

A new lock script has been introduced: otx-sighash-lock, and implemented the minimum viable SDK
update plugin: atomic udt swap (support SUDT)
passed integration test: test_otx_swap_udt_to_udt
passed integration test: test_payment_ckb_blank_check
remove omni lock version SDK(ckb-sdk-rust) and tests.
