Repository renamed

Renaming of repo to final name, to allow for effective Zenodo archiving. Includes new example visualisations, updated thesis title, and new readme.

First release: Beta

First release of repository for files related to data and analysis for PhD thesis. Beta status given on account of readme not being finished and folders being in need of reorganisation and cleaning.
