Action Performed:

1. Go to staging.new.expensify.com
2. Login with user A
3. Open a chat with user B
4. Send a message
5. As user B the open context menu
6. Select any reaction emoji
7. Pressing any emoji reaction
8. Hover over the emoji reaction

Expected Result:

There is tooltip when hovering over the emoji

Actual Result:

There is no tooltip when hovering over the emoji

Workaround:

Can the user still use Expensify without this being fixed? Have you informed them of the workaround?

@stitesExpensify I just wanted confirmation on this. Is this by design in terms of the tool tip instead of the arrow, or is this a bug?

There is already an issue for this, it's been being worked on for a while now and should be released soon! #15127
