Action Performed:

1. Uninstall NewDot stg app
2. Open Hybrid app and Log out
3. Deep link into https://staging.new.expensify.com/r/7075912447943023

Expected Result:

The hybrid app opens

Actual Result:

mWeb opens instead of the hybrid app and if newDot stg is installed it directs to newDot stg app.
