Custom h1 tag style to make custom subject messages look nicer.

We want to make header1 look nicer. @shawnborton wants font size 17px and bottom margin 8px.
Currently, the bottom margin looks way bigger than 8px, but it's due to an extra line added by ExpensiMark parser when converting from # to <h1>. This PR addresses it.
