We should render a not found page if the user is trying to view a default room or policy room but they don't have beta access to it.

Tests

1. Log into an account
2. Create a policy room, i.e. + > New room
3. Log out
4. Comment out these lines to disable all betas in dev
5. Log into the account again
6. Verify that you see a not found page when trying to access the policy room chat

Pro tip: for mWeb you can copy and paste the policy room url and navigate straight to it.
For mobile: you can background the app, comment out the code in step 4 and reopen the app.
