match Dev logo color to Staging and fix clipping of logo in smaller screens

Details

Dev logo colour is gray and it is clipped in mWeb. This PR matches the Dev logo colour to Staging logo and fixes the clipping of logo in smaller screens by adding viewBox similar to Staging logo.
