fix: prevent crash on Backspace press when magic input is not focused

Details

This prevents a crash from occurring in an empty magic code input when the Backspace button on the big number pad (BNP) is pressed after dismissing the soft keyboard on native.

Tests

• Launch the Expensify app.
• Navigate to the Wallet page.
• Click or tap on the Activate physical card button.
• Dismiss the soft keyboard that is shown so that the magic code input loses focus. (The soft keyboard showing up and getting dismissed is a required step for the test).
• Press the Backspace button at the bottom right of the BNP.
• Verify that the app does not crash.

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

@DylanDylann A couple of notes since MagicCodeInput was migrated to TypeScript on latest main.

1. I used optional chaining here to call the focus() method, which is a much cleaner approach, and also fixes the crash.
2. On the iOS 17.2 simulator, when you try to input a magic code when trying to sign in, the digit gets deleted immediately. This is a bug on main, not related to the change in this PR.

Could you check the crash log to see if it's failing on the focus method?
