fix: update transaction filename in getTrackExpenseInformation

Details

The regression: #46718 is because we're using spread operator on File-type receiptObj to update the file name, hence the binary data is malformed when we send the TrackExpense request. In this PR, we will fetch the original filename in the transactionDraft data in getTrackExpenseInformation function.
