fixed download issues for files rendered as anchor tag instead of images

Details

In my PR to add a download option to the context menu I handled the case only for image files(PDFs are rendered as images in preview) and things broke up when files get rendered as anchor tag(doc, mp4, mov) instead of image tag because anchor tag doesn't have src and data-name attribute. So in this PR I have added support to handle files that get rendered as an anchor tag.
