This pull request includes migrating all patches of
react-native-fast-imagefrom the Expensify app.The migration process involved incorporating changes and improvements made in the Expensify app into this fork.
As part of this migration, we have also included a related pull request that addresses one of the patches. Related pull requests can be found at: #1.
