Web-flasher proxy 1.1.0

Update to the proxy that was causing issues with CORS authorisation.

Installation

Download the binary for your platform, make sure that it has execute permissions (on linux/Mac), run the binary.
When you use the web-flasher it will automatically detect the proxy and allow you to flash devices via wifi.

This allow the web-flasher to detect wifi devices via mDNS and also flash them.
