Description

After #2, FCP-INDI/CPAC_regtest_pack#12, #3, and childmindresearch/slurm_testing#2 are merged, this PR

• updates the dependencies from my forks to the canonical repositories
• removes the dev from the version
• initializes a CHANGELOG
