This patch release no longer actively supports recent macOS versions and brew package versions. It requires too many fixes/backports and one cannot really pin versions on brew packages (and macOS updates) as one can get on Linux distributions. If you encounter compilation issues on macOS, consider using a newer FairSoft release. However, contributions of fixes are always welcome.
