apks for english & german IME

PoC for english and german models.

Installation instructions:

1. install apk
2. open vosk demo app (the buttons do nothing, ignore them)
3. accept microphone permission
4. activate input method in settings
5. switch to input method
6. hit start & talk

INFO: after opening the keyboard it always has to load the model (~5 seconds) before being usable.
