Second Alpha Release

Some Changes are as follows:

• [Removed] The package typescript as a dependency and it is now a DevDependacy

• The id for models has been renamed to Id and type changed to SnowFlake see type here

• Options for Guild and User cache

• Added SweepIntervals and SweepFilters to the StorageBox see here
