Hi, I have cloned all the Pycogaps files and can see them in the directory, however I keep running into this permissions issue. I have tried to run as administrator too but still run into the same error.

hi @horjuel1, do you have write access in the mentioned dir with administrator's account? have you tried installing with --user flags?
