When running an update, there is no need to update existing docs unless the config has changed, or if they are dirty.

It's worth looking in to updating only changes as it reduces index time needed

This not only requires a Configure action, but also a full re-index with clearing out the current index. Might be worth looking in to a different way of dealing with this issue.
