This is a small bugfix release

• Fix previewing posts containing unicode characters #3
• Focus comment textarea when the preview button is pressed
• Add ARIA expanded to the more options link and change its role to a button, so screen readers properly announce the expanded status.
• Update the example Caddyfile to also block access to dat files.

• A new, shiny name to reflect that now there are enough changes to consider this project separate from Kareha. Was this planned? Nope.

• The protocol can be specified for generated links. This is useful if a web server is not configured to redirect from HTTP, for example.
