Description

Need to update the flowforge-container Dockerfile to run npm install --prefix <nr-version> @node-red/editor-client@<nr-version> in $FLOWFUSE_HOME/var/device/cache directory

Going to just install NR v4.0.x. versions

This work will need duplicating in the CI container build as well
