ok, so PR FF PR #3435 removed a section named #upgrading-to-2.0

@ppawlowski FlowFuse/flowfuse#3435 removed a section named #upgrading-to-2.0 and is causing an error in the website tests.

I don't know what the doc is supposed to be or if it is even relevant now?

Could you take a look?
