Test stripped down version of peeves to get idea of what errors to expect/anticipate. COMPLETE hack here but i added ontologies by :- cp /data/harvcur/svn/ontologies/trunk/* ontologies

as it was too complex to get everthing mounted and needs to be able to run on Dockerhub etc. So periodically we have to recopy these.
