There are 3 ways:

Waiting Github Action support arm64

blocked by:
github/roadmap#528
actions/runner-images#5631

Self hosted arm64 macOS computer, and connects it to Github Action.

blocked by money

change Github Action to CirceCI

rewrite all scripts.

As BuildJet MacOS Support says, It may be hard to get free arm macOS/Windows runner. ANd BuildJet only offer MacOS M1 monthly, not minute offer.

We try use self-hosted mac mini to solve this problem
But it always timeout.

So we build it without Github Action
