Add clarifying comments to various docs to avoid common questions that come up in the issues board

• Move ClipContainer to the containers section and add a basic example to the doc
• Add a basic example to tooltip API doc and a link to the Tooltips guide
• Add link to animations guide from animations API doc
• Fix minor grammer text on animations guide
