Scheduled mainnet delta and ecotone forks

We've scheduled the following hard forks:

• Delta at timestamp 1717002001 (Wednesday, May 29, 2024 5:00:01 PM UTC)
• Ecotone at timestamp 1717009201 (Wednesday, May 29, 2024 7:00:01 PM UTC)

You can find the required changes of the op-geth/op-node flags/configs on this commit.

Note that op-node now also requires a connection to a mainnet beacon chain client RPC endpoint (with the OP_NODE_L1_BEACON env variable).

If you already have a synced node you can avoid changing the genesis.json file.
