Return empty item list and null continuation for getchannelvideos if channel does not have video tab (do this for other tabs as well [Bug]: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'sectionListRenderer') FreeTube#2462). [Bug]: Errors when viewing certain channel FreeTube#2052
Return available tabs when using getChannelInfo (don't return featured channels if channels tab is missing)
