URL: /<probe_id>/<cap_id>/<target_ip>
Method: GET
Input (Parameters):
- probe_id - Probe ID (see https://github.com/Fusl/intrace/wiki/Probes-API-(probes.json))
- cap_id - Capability ID (see https://github.com/Fusl/intrace/wiki/Capabilities-API-(caps.json))
- target_ip - IPv4 or IPv6 address (no hostnames allowed)
