Current working version of Minia 3.

Major changes:

GFA output
SPAdes-style graph simplifications, fully tunable
data structure is not a Bloom filter anymore. Based on BCALM
experimental 'merci' module that implements mercy k-mers, similar to MEGAHIT. Module is independent of Minia.
