Pipeline Engine

A pipeline engine to seamlessly run pipelines of scripts in R, Julia and Python, to transform data into valuable outputs.

Originally developped for BON in a Box and meant to run with the scripts in bon-in-a-box-pipelines repo, it can run with any compatible repo.
