The GH-VFDT pipieline can be run only from inside the folder.
Packages required: PRESTO, anaconda, psrchive after installing conda(anaconda/miniconda) install psrchive with the following command:
conda install -c conda-forge psrchive
Edit GHBFDT_pipeline.py with required folders before running the file with python
